Modern AI LLC (“Modern.ai,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to help you understand what information we collect, what we do with it, how we protect it, and what choices you have with regard to our collection and processing of your information through your use of this website - https://modern.ai (the “Site”), and as well as when you join our waitlist, book a demo, contact us, use our social media pages, or otherwise interact with us and our Site (collectively, the “Services”).  

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of customers that subscribe to use the Modern.ai Platform and their authorized users of our Platform (i.e., when you login to use our Platform).  Our use of that information is governed by our SaaS Agreement.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “personal information” or “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an individual.

Modern.ai is based in the United States and the Site and our Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any other country or territory. Your personal information may be collected, transferred to, stored and otherwise processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using any portion of the Site or our Services, you understand that your information will be transferred to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share such information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, as no physical or technological safeguards are 100 percent secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your Information.
