Starter runs on live connections to your tools, with a data warehouse as a $99 add-on; Pro and Growth include one data warehouse and Enterprise two, and extra ones are $99 a month each. AI credits grow from 2,000 to 15,000 a month, and tokens get cheaper as you go up: 12.5% off on Pro, 25% on Growth and 31% on Enterprise. Growth adds 24/7 chat support, and Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager.

New frontier models are available within 48 hours of their release. Admins compare models on quality and cost and switch the one each agent uses, and you can see which provider handled every call. You can also connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other model to your Company Brain through MCP.

Yes. Modern is SOC 2 compliant. Your Computer sits behind your company identity, with permissions enforced by the server. Growth and Enterprise run on a dedicated machine of their own. Your Company Brain is isolated per company and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits for the work your team does. Most work runs on fast open models; harder tasks on frontier models use more credits. Your allowance renews each month and doesn't roll over. If you use more, extra credits are billed as you go and never expire, and you can set spending limits in Spend.
